Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Vikings Group of Companies in [branch location]. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, staff performance, and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and kitchen coordination
Drive customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service
Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and employee development initiatives
Monitor sales, budgets, and operational costs to meet targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
3+ years proven managerial experience as Restaurant Manager
Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the guests in the food & beverage outlets
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Health and safety regulations & compliance adept
Willing to be assigned in Tong Yang, SM City Bicutan.
