Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Restaurant Manager located in Davao. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring efficient performance and compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality, managing staff, executing hiring processes, and overseeing food and beverage operations. This role requires fostering a positive dining experience and ensuring the smooth execution of restaurant services.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Strong Communication skills for effectively leading teams and coordinating with staff and customers.
• Experience in Hiring and managing restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Knowledge and expertise in the Food & Beverage sector to oversee both culinary and operational excellence.
• Hands-on leadership abilities, organizational expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality service.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury dining setting, is highly desirable.
