Job Description

Lead daily restaurant operations to achieve sales targets, maintain food quality, and ensure excellent customer service. The role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Monitor sales, control costs, and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
  • Maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
  • Supervise and train staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven background in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, cost control, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Willing to be assigned within NCR (e.g., North EDSA, Ayala Vertis, Alabang, Makati).
