Lead daily restaurant operations to achieve sales targets, maintain food quality, and ensure excellent customer service. The role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor sales, control costs, and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
- Maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven background in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, cost control, and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Willing to be assigned within NCR (e.g., North EDSA, Ayala Vertis, Alabang, Makati).
