  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 13 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, communication skills, and proficiency in English.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality control.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in operations management, cost management, and inventory management is required.
  • Working Conditions: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
