Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Baguio City. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and overall customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring food and beverage quality, and addressing any operational challenges. Additionally, the role involves budget management, staff training, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in team leadership, including Hiring and staff management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff and address customer needs
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and quality control
• Skills in problem-solving, time management, and multitasking
• Ability to maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor at all times
• Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant management role is preferred
• Relevant educational background in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
