Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3–4 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, restaurant, or quick service restaurant).
- Must have working knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L), with the ability to analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve results.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to make sound decisions and take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven people management skills, with experience in coaching, developing, and supervising team members.
- Solid understanding of store operations, including the ability to drive operational improvements, ensure compliance with standards, and manage sales and profitability.
