Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Shakey's Moonbay. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, hiring and training employees, monitoring inventory, and implementing operational policies to meet revenue goals. The role also entails resolving customer concerns efficiently and creating an overall welcoming dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Hiring and managing staff
- Strong Communication abilities to effectively lead teams and interact with customers
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and operations
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
