Restaurant Delivery Systems Specialist

Are you an IT fresh graduate who enjoys working with data and improving systems Join our team and help enhance delivery operations through analysis, monitoring, and process improvement!

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and analyze delivery performance using MS Excel (basic formulas)
• Track KPIs and generate simple reports
• Support system and process improvements
• Coordinate with store and delivery teams
• Assist in audits, inspections, and digital initiatives
• Willing to do store visit

What We're Looking For:

• IT Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Willing to do both office-based analysis and field support
