ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Restaurant Area Manager, you will lead and oversee a cluster of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of brand standards, profitability targets, customer experience excellence, and leadership development across your assigned area.

This role is ideal for a highly driven operations professional with deep expertise in multi-store restaurant management, team leadership, and business performance optimization within major casual dining organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and oversee operations across multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring operational consistency and strong execution of company standards
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, cost control, and overall business performance across the assigned cluster
  • Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to maintain excellence and compliance
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and leadership teams to build a strong succession pipeline
  • Champion guest satisfaction initiatives and elevate customer experience standards across all stores
  • Ensure proper implementation of POS/RMS systems, inventory management, and operational reporting
  • Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategic action plans to improve results
  • Lead manpower planning, talent retention, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, QA, Supply Chain, and other support teams to strengthen operational execution
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years leadership experience in large casual dining groups, restaurant chains, or multi-brand food service operations
  • Strong background managing high-volume, multi-unit restaurant operations
  • Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing multiple store teams and restaurant leaders
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, operational, and decision-making capabilities
  • Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willing to travel frequently for store operations and business reviews
