We are looking for a dedicated and licensed Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining mechanical ventilators, ensuring patient safety and compliance with physicians orders and hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor mechanical ventilators for patients.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and functionality of respiratory equipment.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and equipment records.
- Coordinate with hospital staff, physicians, and management regarding respiratory care and equipment concerns.
- Assist in equipment inventory monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospital standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- Must be a Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRT).
- At least 1 year of experience with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in respiratory therapy procedures, patient assessment, and ventilator management.
- Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills
