Responsibilities
Responsible for contributing to the efficient and reliable operation of the power grid through proactive resource management and market interface activities.
- Prepare and analyze power outlook reports, including weekly operating reports and programs, to ensure accurate forecasting and operational planning.
- Monitor and facilitate Ancillary Service procurement, Grid Compliance adherence, and Plant Capability Certifications, ensuring regulatory requirements and system stability are maintained.
- Conduct research on new methodologies in operations planning and Ancillary Services and prepare documentation such as mems and reports for the unit.
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree with applicable licensure exam
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Fluent in oral and written Filipino and English communications
- Competent in MS Office tools
- Proficient in Power System Analysis and Operations Planning
- Knowledgeable in Regulatory Compliance and Market Interface
- Competent in Data Analysis and Reporting
- Meticulous attention to detail and well-organized
- Strong analytical skills
