As a Resource Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the deployment of talent within our organization, confirming that the right people are in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, your work will focus on managing and enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.

Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
- Collaborating with project teams to strategize effective talent identification and training initiatives
- Coordinating staff to validate the right talent is in the right place at the right time
- Utilizing workforce analytics to inform staffing decisions and improve resource allocation
- Engaging in data analysis to discern patterns and enhance business performance management
- Developing staffing plans and models to support strategic forecasting and demand management
- Supporting team development through active listening and feedback integration
- Building commercial awareness by understanding how the business operates and its market context
- Applying professional and technical standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Facilitating stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and address resource management challenges
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Resource Management and Workforce Planning
