Maintains and ensures accuracy of data for resource capacity in workforce management tool
Assists in planning and process for all assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand needs
Collaborates with Resource Specialist/Manager to review trending on quality metrics for management associated with capacity
Captures action items and meeting notes on weekly/bi-weekly Resource Management calls with leadership teams
Assists in reviewing capacity across capability areas on an ongoing basis and proactively works to re-balance professionals who are above / below utilisation targets
Partnering with Resource Specialist/Manager to understand recruitment brief, create job requisitions in Workday once approved to initiate the recruitment process to meet current and future demand
Career Navigator proposes resources with current or near-term availability to project that aligns with their skills, professional goals and/or staffing preferences
Support processes and tools that allow for reconciliation amongst disparate business unit, HR, and finance resource-related data sets, driving regular clean-up.
