The Resort Manager leads and drives overall profitability by optimizing operations in

accommodations, food and beverage, guest services, maintenance, and marketing.

Upholds the resort's brand standards, elevates guest experience, and accelerates sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in hotel or resort management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Other:

  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems, cost control, and guest relation management
  • Strong understanding of the Philippines regulatory compliance
  • Flexible and results-oriented
