We are seeking a reliable and proactive House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence in Malaysia. This role involves supporting household management, coordinating errands and ensuring a well-organized and efficient home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily household operations to ensure a well-maintained and organized home.
- Manage errands including grocery shopping and household supply coordination.
- Support planning and coordination of household events and gatherings.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and functionality of the residence.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing household-related activities.
- Provide general administrative support for household management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in House Management, Hospitality or Private Residence Management.
- Valid driving license with confident driving skills.
- Able to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Candidates who are fluent in English languages will have an added advantage due to communication requirements within the household environment.
- Experience working in multicultural household environments is highly preferred.
- Flexible with working hours based on household needs.
