Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Resident Services Specialists in addressing and resolving residents daily concerns, requests, and issues.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Handle escalated concerns and facilitate timely, effective conflict resolution.
• Coordinate front office operations with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.
• Assist in managing amenity floor operations, events, and resident activities.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Maintain professional communication and service standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any related business course.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in property management, residential operations, or a deluxe hotel.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge and experience in amenity floor operations and event management.
• Familiarity with emergency response, safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
