Resident Services Manager oversees the front office department to consistently deliver in order to ensure high level of customer services to attain excellent resident and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the amenities floor by coordinating with Engineering, Housekeeping and Security in ensuring well-maintained facilities
- Manages booking of function rooms and amenities
- Ensures that front office personnel are equipped in providing high level of customer service
- Manages resident requests and concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably a degree in the Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Property Development or Equivalent
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in property management, deluxe hotel or similar institution
- Knowledge of customer service and health club/ amenity floor operations, emergency response, security and safety.
