Job Description

Responsible in the supervision of the mall's equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee MEPFS operations and maintenance to ensure all mall mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
  • Manage contractors and projects by handling bidding, inspections, and progress monitoring to meet EDD standards and timelines.
  • Ensure optimal utility performance through regular monitoring, analysis, and implementation of corrective measures on water and power consumption.
  • • Support tenant coordination by reviewing MEPFS plans, conducting inspections, and addressing technical service concerns.
  • Promote safety and professional growth by enforcing safety standards and participating in continuous learning and technical training initiatives.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
  • Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
  • With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
