Job Description:
Apart from overseeing and monitoring construction, Resident Engineer will also handle daily logs, project documents and materials calculations which are essential to the success of current and future projects. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that the right materials are purchased and used in every construction project and ensuring compliance to safety regulations is a given in this job.
This will include but not limited to the following:
- Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation, maintenance and engineering project management;
- Support tenant's utility equipment and the promotion and implementation of mall-wide regulations and policies.
Educational Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A professional license is required.
Experience Requirements:
- Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred;
- With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards.
Work Location:
- Candidates must be willing to work in SM Center Congressional, Quezon City
