Ensures reliability of equipment of assigned department/area
Schedules all equipment for Preventive Maintenance through CMMS
Monitors and analyzes water and electrical consumption of assigned department/area
Ensures compliance to housekeeping rule of MEPFS Facilities
Manages documentation of unusual incidents, proper reporting and escalation
Evaluates the contractor's service reports through inspection
Prepares documents for projects, plans and activities such as cover letters, technical report and synopsis for project approval
Assists in the assessment and approval of work permit/hot works permit of tenants and contractors
Leads MEPF related Adhoc/Special Committees in terms of meetings, issues discussion, standardization
Prepares MSRS, FAPR and billings including the supporting documents such as synopsis, justification form and lay out/specification
Participates in the meetings and activities (toolbox, mall discussions, announcements tenant concerns, mall events)
Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Monitors the engineering activities which includes electro-mechanical equipment operations and maintenance (such as Cooling Towers, Chillers, GenSets, Substation, Lightning Arrester, Pump Room, STP, Gas Farm, AHU/FCUs, mall common area, back alleys and perimeter)- AHU/Elevator)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
With a degree in BS Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
Knowledgeable to maintain and operate the equipment and utilities of the mall
Able to analyze quotations and counter check with own EDD estimate
Able to schedule major equipment preventive maintenance and/or repairs to ensure this will not disrupt mall operations, thru CMMS
With good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards
Must be willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay or any mall branches in Metro Manila
