We are looking for a Reservations Supervisor to join our team in Manila, Mandaluyong.

As a Reservations Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Reservations Manager in the daily operation of the reservations team, ensuring all consultants are supported and customer requirements are meet.

Using your extensive industry knowledge and experience, you will manage complex itineraries, provide expert travel options, and build long-term relationships with maritime companies and travel suppliers. You will be responsible for coordinating flights, accommodations and ground transfers while ensuring every detail aligns with the customers requirements.

Experience/Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with 1-2 years experience in a supervisory roles

• Qualification in Travel and Tourism

• Proficient knowledge in a GDS is essential. Amadeus is preferred

• Proven, strong track record in marine or corporate sector

• Proven track record of supporting teams

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts/requests

• Experience with group bookings, challenging itineraries, or multi-stop travel planning

This role is office based in Manila and on shift rotation: Morning, Mid and Night shifts.
