Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Manila seeks a dedicated Reservations Supervisor. The position involves overseeing daily reservation operations, managing booking systems, ensuring optimal room occupancy, and providing exceptional service to meet guest expectations. The Reservations Supervisor will lead and train the reservations team while maintaining efficient communication to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless processes.

• Proven expertise in Reservations management and processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving and personalized service
• Experience in Training team members and fostering a high-performance environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with reservations systems and software
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles is a strong advantage
