Job Description

Every great stay starts with a great reservation. To help our guests journeys begin seamlessly, we're looking for a Reservations Agent who can handle bookings with precision, provide helpful information, and create a positive first impressioneven before our guests arrive.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Handling guest reservations through phone, email, and online channels with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting guests with inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel services
  • Ensuring all bookings are correctly entered into the system and updated as needed
  • Promoting hotel services, special offers, and upselling to enhance guest experiences
  • Coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals
  • Managing amendments, cancellations, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining detailed records of reservations and guest preferences
  • Delivering warm, friendly, and professional service in every interaction

What we need from you:

  • Strong communication skills you'll be the first point of contact, so being clear, friendly, and professional is key
  • Attention to detail accuracy in bookings is essential to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Problem-solving mindset you can handle changes and challenges with ease
  • Customer-focused approach you enjoy helping guests and making their experience stress-free
  • Tech-savvy comfortable using reservation systems, email, and basic computer applications
  • Fluency in the local language additional language skills are an advantage
