Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced reservation agents to support our growing rental car business, handling a wide range of customer interactions and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
  • Create and manage rental car bookings
  • Process customer quotes
  • Amend existing bookings and verify pricing
  • Provide comprehensive customer support
  • Manage email communications
  • Liaise with branch locations
  • Maintain accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in reservation or customer service roles -

  • Proven experience in travel, hospitality, or car rental industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours (6am-10pm)
