We are seeking experienced reservation agents to support our growing rental car business, handling a wide range of customer interactions and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Create and manage rental car bookings
- Process customer quotes
- Amend existing bookings and verify pricing
- Provide comprehensive customer support
- Manage email communications
- Liaise with branch locations
- Maintain accurate customer records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in reservation or customer service roles -
- Proven experience in travel, hospitality, or car rental industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours (6am-10pm)
