About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented
Research & Document Processing Specialist to help our team gather and verify information for construction lien documents. Your primary role is to research property and business records, contact General Contractors for missing information, and organize all supporting documents before handing the file off to our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research property ownership using online tools
- Verify addresses and business entity information
- Search internal records to avoid duplicate work
- Email General Contractors using a provided template to request project information
- Capture screenshots and upload supporting documents
- Keep records organized and complete for internal review
Requirements
- Strong internet research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to follow step-by-step procedures
- Organized and accurate documentation skills
- Comfortable using multiple web-based tools and Google Maps
Technical Requirements
- Mac computer (required)
- Stable internet connection

- Comfortable using online CRM and research tools
