Lead end-to-end research initiatives, including designing and conducting user interviews and surveys to uncover key customer pain points across the user journey
Support credit and installment product initiatives through competitive benchmarking, usability testing, and market research to help optimize conversion and product performance
Monitor the FinTech and consumer finance landscape to identify emerging trends, behavioral shifts, and market opportunities
Provide timely insights and agile reporting to support urgent research requests from stakeholders
Work closely with Product, Credit BD, Marketing, and Risk teams to translate research insights into actionable product improvements or marketing strategies
Conduct user research and insight gathering to better understand customer needs, motivations, and barriers
Continuously track market developments and evolving consumer behaviors to inform business decisions
Support cross-functional strategic initiatives by delivering quick-turnaround research and data-driven insights
Requirements
12 years of experience in financial research, market research, or consumer insights
Experience using Microsoft Office or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and quality monitoring
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with multiple teams
