  • Lead end-to-end research initiatives, including designing and conducting user interviews and surveys to uncover key customer pain points across the user journey
  • Support credit and installment product initiatives through competitive benchmarking, usability testing, and market research to help optimize conversion and product performance
  • Monitor the FinTech and consumer finance landscape to identify emerging trends, behavioral shifts, and market opportunities
  • Provide timely insights and agile reporting to support urgent research requests from stakeholders
  • Work closely with Product, Credit BD, Marketing, and Risk teams to translate research insights into actionable product improvements or marketing strategies
  • Conduct user research and insight gathering to better understand customer needs, motivations, and barriers
  • Continuously track market developments and evolving consumer behaviors to inform business decisions
  • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives by delivering quick-turnaround research and data-driven insights

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in financial research, market research, or consumer insights
  • Experience using Microsoft Office or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and quality monitoring
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with multiple teams
