Research and Development Staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's in Chemistry and Pharmacy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Solid foundation in Research and Development (R&D) concepts and practices.
• Experience or coursework in research methods, including literature review and data collection.
• Basic laboratory skills or familiarity with technical testing procedures, where applicable.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting findings.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline).
• Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); experience with basic statistical or research tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow guidelines and documentation standards.
• Interest in outsourcing, operations, and process improvement within a business context.
