- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Licensed Food Technologist (if applicable)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant R&D experience in any of the following food industry
segments: sauces and syrups (1) & baking and pastry (1).
- Strong background in product development, formulation, and sensory evaluation
- Familiar with regulatory compliance requirements such as:
- FDA registration and licensing (LTO, CPR, etc.)
- FSCO permits, sanitation certificates, local health permits
- Label review and product documentation
- Knowledgeable in Halal Certification, GMP, HACCP, and basic food safety and
microbiological controls.
- Can coordinate with government agencies, 3rd-party labs, and certification bodies.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve technical problems in product development
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
