Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Licensed Food Technologist (if applicable)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant R&D experience in any of the following food industry

segments: sauces and syrups (1) & baking and pastry (1).

  • Strong background in product development, formulation, and sensory evaluation
  • Familiar with regulatory compliance requirements such as:
  • FDA registration and licensing (LTO, CPR, etc.)
  • FSCO permits, sanitation certificates, local health permits
  • Label review and product documentation
  • Knowledgeable in Halal Certification, GMP, HACCP, and basic food safety and

microbiological controls.

  • Can coordinate with government agencies, 3rd-party labs, and certification bodies.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve technical problems in product development
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
