Overall Responsibility:
Responsible for creating / designing / developing, innovating, costing baked products ( bread, cakes, pastry and the like) according to the client's strict specifications, budget and timeline.
Provides technical assistance to the producing lines to ensure that products are consistently replicated according to the specifications and food safety practices.
Qualifications
Have a thorough knowledge of baking and presentation.
Passionate in Pastry Arts with a proven ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in food science and/or a Graduate of Culinary Arts;
At least 2 years working experience in the preparation and designed of baked products
Computer literacy; working knowledge on quality systems and food safety is a must have.
