We are in search for a Research and Development executive to be based in our headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

The successful candidate should have had the following experiences:
- End to end research and development leadership experience. Led the full R & D and commercialization lifecycle with scale from ideation, product development, prototyping, and testing and product launch.
- Deep knowledge and experience in full commercialization is required.
- Experience in food and beverage product development. The candidate should have a proven track record in developing and launching food products, preferably in the QSR, food service, or FMCG, with a deep understanding of consumer taste, safety and quality standards.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration working teams such as marketing, operations, supply chain, quality assurance to align output with brand, operational and business goals.
- Experience in scanning food trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies, and translating them into innovative product concepts
- Solid understanding of food safety, regulatory requirements and documentation needed for product approval and market launch
- Has built or managed an R&D team, developed internal capabilities, and mentored junior scientists or chefs.
- Experience working with external partners, ingredient suppliers, or co-manufacturers to co-develop or scale new products.
