About The Role
We’re looking for a
Research Analyst to join our Southeast Asia (SEA) Report Production team. This home-based role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in news, current affairs, and social trends. As a Research Analyst, you'll produce accurate and insightful reports for clients by analyzing data, ensuring quality and timeliness, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality reports aligned with client requirements and internal standards
- Meet all deadlines and proactively avoid preventable delays
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned accounts and ensure accurate, relevant content coverage
- Suggest innovations and improvements to increase report efficiency
- Follow company policies and values, working collaboratively with team members
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in research or data analysis, with knowledge of socio-political and economic trends
- Skills:
- Excellent reading comprehension and writing/editing skills in business English
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and analysis tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams
