About The Job
We're looking for detail-oriented and reliable Research Analysts to support a U.S.-based team with public records research and data entry. This role is vital in helping the company manage high-volume projects, reduce turnaround times, and maintain the accuracy of legal and public records reports. You will work behind the scenes, conducting research, verifying data, and ensuring reports are delivered on time and with precision.
What You'll Do
Research & Data Gathering
- Conduct online searches across state, county, town, and court websites for individual and entity names.
- Identify and extract relevant lien types and public record information.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Accurately enter research findings into internal systems.
- Compile and structure reports for client delivery.
- Ensure information is accurate, complete, and delivered within set timelines.
Workflow & Collaboration
- Follow structured workflows and detailed training processes.
- Collaborate with managers and team leads for feedback and process improvements.
What You'll Bring
- At least a Bachelor's degree in any field (e.g., Business, Information Management, Legal Management, Communications, or related courses).
- Open to Associate degree or Senior High School graduates with strong relevant experience in research, data entry, or BPO operations.
- 12 years of experience in data entry, research, BPO, shared services, or administrative support roles; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to quickly learn and follow structured processes.
- Reliability and accountability, especially in meeting productivity and turnaround targets.
- Prior experience in public records research, legal services, or court/government databases is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and workflow systems.
- Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environments (e.g., BPO, call centers, research teams).
- Demonstrated adaptability to changing workloads and schedules.
