What will you be doing

Build and manage excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance while meeting all aspects of the service level agreement.

Ensure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Enterprise Solutions from Michael Page Values.

Key Activities

• Develop market intelligence around key target companies and markets
• Support internal and external customers with market trends and insights
• Manage pre-sales live search projects including mapping and market intelligence.
• Leverage Page Insight to provide a comprehensive report or live data through internal and external sources
• Provide a content-rich executive summary conveying market findings
• Join intake/job briefing to understand internal and external customer needs
• Build target contact database on CustomerConnect for campaigns
• Sourcing for talent pool (when necessary) and providing insight in the talent market landscape
• Work with pre-sales and operations in providing market data, mapping and networking support globally

What are we looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment research, talent sourcing research, or a related research role.
• Excellent English communications skills
• Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations is required.
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters with relevant HR or transferable experience.
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
• Reliable and well organised
• Proactive
• Sound business ethics and integrity
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to work within company procedures and standards
• Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
• Strong understanding of industry and markets
• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Previous experience of working within recruitment
