The Role:
As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and engaging subject matter experts to participate in market research projects, including surveys, focus groups, and consultations. You will be responsible for delivering the required sample size within deadlines while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless client–expert interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Understanding and Scoping
Understand the specific requirements and goals of each client-assigned market research project.
Expert Identification and Recruitment
Identify and recruit suitable participants for online surveys, focus groups, consultations, and other projects using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online search engines, and publicly available data.
Screen and engage with subject matter experts to assess their fit for client requirements.
Expert Vetting and Submission
Submit shortlisted expert profiles for internal review and client approval.
Expert Communication and Scheduling
Manage expert communications, schedule consultations, and coordinate project timelines.
Address expert concerns and guide them through the project lifecycle, including onboarding and payment-related queries.
Data Management and Tracking
Maintain accurate and updated records of each expert, including payment details and project status, across platforms and internal trackers.
Compliance and Information Security
Ensure compliance requirements are met at every step of the workflow.
Adhere to information security principles and organizational policies.
Qualification and Skills:
Education:
At least a bachelor's degree in management sciences or a related field.
Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Communication Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with excellent people engagement abilities.
Other necessary skills:
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing expectations.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Familiarity with expert network industry or market research recruitment is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience
