• Familiarity with cost optimization, shelf-life studies, and scale-up from lab to
production
• Strong understanding of food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP,
local regulatory requirements)
• Experience with sensory evaluation and product benchmarking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel for customer visits and plant trials
