Job Summary
The R&D On-the-Job Trainee will assist the Research & Development team in laboratory activities, product development, and experimental projects. This role provides practical exposure to cosmetic formulation, testing, and analysis under direct supervision, complementing academic learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of samples, solutions, and formulations.
- Conduct laboratory tests under guidance and record observations accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation of experiments, lab notebooks, and reports.
- Follow standard laboratory safety and GMP protocols.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support ongoing R&D projects as assigned.
- Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Perform basic data analysis and contribute findings to project reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.
Qualification & Requirements
EDUCATION
Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or any related field.
Skills
- Basic laboratory skills and familiarity with lab equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Good communication skills for reporting observations and collaborating with the team.
