Bai Academy is looking for a data-driven Research & Database Email Ops Intern to fuel our expansion across Australia (AUS) and the Philippines (PH). This role is the engine of our outreach effortsyou will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and organizing high-value contacts to build a robust ecosystem of partners, sponsors, and community organizations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Market Research: Proactively hunt for prospective partners, event venues, corporate sponsors, and relevant community organizations in both the Australian and Philippine markets.
Lead Generation: Build and populate comprehensive contact lists, ensuring high accuracy in email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and organizational roles.
CRM Management: Maintain CRM Hygiene by tagging leads, removing duplicates, and updating records within GoHighLevel (GHL).
Data Organization: Structure large datasets in Google Sheets/Excel for seamless migration into email marketing workflows.
Collateral Support: Assist in creating basic pitch decks or research summaries using Canva and PowerPoint to present findings to the leadership team.
Qualifications / Requirements
Current Student: Preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to navigate Google, LinkedIn, and industry directories to find hidden contact information.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic familiarity with CRM logic.
Cross-Cultural Context: Understanding of (or interest in) the business landscapes of both Australia and the Philippines.
