One of our key clients is an international holding company that manages 12 products and has successfully launched over 40 projects worldwide, reaching dozens of countries across all continents. Their core product operates in the iGaming industry. They are currently looking for an Reputation & Influence Specialist to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapting communication style, tone of voice, and messaging to match different platforms and audience expectations;

• Addressing negative narratives by de-escalating conflicts and correcting misinformation;

• Responding to negative mentions in accordance with internal guidelines, providing well-reasoned responses, reducing tension, and adding the necessary context;

• Initiating and managing online discussions by launching conversation threads, driving engagement, and helping shape positive audience perception;

• Managing multiple online personas and accounts, including preparing and warming up accounts, developing credible backstories, maintaining authentic behavior, and ensuring consistency across all personas;

• Participating in testing new content formats, engagement strategies, and creative approaches to improve community interaction and campaign performance;

• Tracking activities, monitoring audience reactions, and escalating critical issues.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to influence perception through tone, messaging, and word choice;

• Previous experience in ORM , SERM , Community Management, Public Relations/Communications, or as a Content Manager or Copywriter, ideally with experience working on platforms such as Reddit;

• A solid understanding of conflict psychology, escalation dynamics, and effective de-escalation techniques;

• The ability to adapt communication style, role-play different online personas, and tailor messaging to various audiences based on their concerns, beliefs, and motivations;

• Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, emotional resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure;

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating engaging content and marketing creatives;

• Familiarity with multi-account management tools, anti-detect browsers, and platform ecosystem best practices;

• Understanding of the iGaming, betting, fintech, or other related industries.
