Your Role
The Reports Officer gathers and processes data to come up with reports to management, MBB Head Office and regulatory agency (BSP) within the prescribed due date.
Your Impact
- Prepares BSP Treasury Reports such as Net Stable Funding Ratio, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Basel III Leverage Ratio, Intraday Liquidity, and GL FX
- Responsible for the accurate preparation of regulatory reports and submission on or before due dates.
- Process information/data for report preparation required by internal customers based on SLA and to regulatory bodies at least one or two days before the due dates.
- Assist in process improvement via updating of Regulatory Reporting Operations Manual pertaining to reports when necessary.
- Handle queries and verifications of various HO units, BSP and PDIC regarding submitted reports.
- Collaborate in the gathering and consolidation of data required during internal and external audit examination (SGV/BSP).
Your Profile
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related business course
- Working experience in a bank or quasi-bank for 2 to 3 years, especially in Reports Unit would be an advantage
- Certified Public Accountant will be an advantage
- Has good working knowledge in BSP Manual of Regulations (MOR) and Accounting Standards
- Familiar with automated accounting System
- Well versed in the BSP Manual of Regulations (MOR) and Accounting Standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Power BI)
- Good in oral and written communications
