The Role
The Reporting Technician is responsible for processing, analyzing, and archiving data collected by company's robotic systems. This includes reviewing collected data to produce high-quality, deliverable reports for customers and partners.
Duties And Responsibilities (By Priority)
- Act as a role model for company visions, values, and culture.
- Receive, load, and manage data from field crews, verify completeness, acquire missing data, and log arrival notifications.
- Review and process data in a timely manner, collaborating with Engineering as needed.
- Utilize proprietary RedZone software systems to view data.
- Document methods used and author technical reports.
- Verify the integrity and accuracy of data within remote sensing image analysis systems.
- Produce draft reports for circulation and review.
- Implement feedback from draft reports to generate final reports.
- Prepare documentation/presentations (charts, photos, graphs) using specialized software.
- Create customer deliverables (organize, print, bind final reports, and create digital media).
- Monitor stock levels of necessary materials and notify personnel to reorder.
- Develop and follow best practices for data processing, reporting, and archiving.
- Interact directly with customers to provide work products and resolve open issues.
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computers, software, or mathematics.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience with data collection/input, computer programming, and document creation is preferred.
- Professional Certifications: PACP certification is required.
Skills and Competencies
- Technical: Proficiency in data analysis, internet navigation, and software/document management tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Microsoft Access/database systems.
- Planning & Organization: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to organize and execute extremely detailed timelines.
- Communication: Fluent in English with effective written and verbal skills to present concisely to both internal and external audiences.
- Problem Solving: Uses logic and reasoning to identify issues, break down data into separate parts, and evaluate options for moderate-to-complex problems.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8pm - 5am PHT
