A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Reporting And Process Analyst, You Will

  • Act as the go-to resource for preparing and distributing key reports, data extracts, and invoice documents for the finance team.
  • Ensure relevant documents are downloaded and processed before the workday starts to support smooth daily operations.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in manual reporting and data handling processes.
  • Build automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and speed up delivery.
  • Work closely with finance staff to align reporting workflows and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Standardise recurring reports and create automated dashboards or templates to improve consistency.
  • Document processes and automations clearly to ensure scalability and easy knowledge transfer.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting needs and support finance improvement projects.

What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 2–4 years experience in reporting, automation, or analytics in finance or shared services.
  • Proficient with tools like Alteryx, Power Query, or similar; SQL or Python experience a plus.
  • Familiar with finance functions such as AP, AR, general accounting, or financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and develop tech-driven solutions.
  • Able to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Clear communicator, capable of explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and driving efficiency with automation.
