Your Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Lead BI Developer. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing reporting solutions, and supporting stakeholders with data-driven decision-making. The role will also focus on automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
As a Reporting And Insights Analyst, You Will
Report and Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and deploy reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Write and optimize complex queries using SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
Data Analysis and Automation
- Develop and maintain automation solutions for various reports and business processes.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by developing and maintaining data quality processes.
Stakeholder Engagement and Support
- Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reporting and data models.
- Provide training and support to end-users on business intelligence tools and reports.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Experience with SSRS, Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with ETL processes (SSIS) and enterprise data environments.
- Front-end development experience (.NET, SharePoint, Power Apps).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- 3–5 years experience in BI or data analysis roles.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience with Tableau.
- Telecommunications industry experience, particularly B2B operations.
- Experience with sales, churn, provisioning and network performance data.
