We're looking for a Specialist - Talent Attraction - Digital Marketing who enjoys learning and values teamwork. Key Accountabilities:

Service Innovation / Evolution

• Supports initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort

• Contributes ideas to enhance reporting processes, tools, and outputs

Operations

• Dashboard Management: Maintains and refreshes dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

• Reporting Delivery: Produces recurring reports and ensures timely distribution to stakeholders

• Data Processing: Extracts, cleans, and structures data from multiple platforms to support reporting outputs

• Data Validation: Performs quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

• Reporting Operations: Manages reporting schedules, access permissions, and distribution

processes

Client / Stakeholders

• Gathers basic reporting requirements and clarifies expectations

• Provides updates on reporting delivery and addresses feedback

• Supports ad hoc reporting requests as required

Skills & Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability in Data Analysis
• Strength in Data Processing and Transformation and Data Validation and Quality Assurance
• Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Power BI, or strong learning agility/or the ability to learn quickly
• Operates within a high-volume reporting environment, managing multiple concurrent reporting streams
• Familiarity with reporting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Monday.com, ATS systems)
