Reporting and Analytics Expert

As a Reporting and Analytics Expert, youwill be part of a growing global Reporting & Analytics capability that is helping shape how data-driven decision-making is enabled across JTI. You will partner with stakeholders across multiple markets and business functions-including Supply Chain, Finance, Sustainability, and other global teams-to transform data into actionable business insights. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to modern reporting and dashboard solutions, influence analytics best practices, and make a visible impact on strategic decisions across the organization. You'll own end-to-end analytics initiatives, develop reporting solutions, and turn complex data into insights that drive real business outcomes.

As aReporting and Analytics Expert, in the area ofGlobal Data Services, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI (or similar technology) dashboards and reports: Build interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that transform data into actionable insights, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions through self-service reporting.
• Lead Reporting and Data Visualization Projects. Take ownership of reporting initiatives from concept to delivery, managing timelines, stakeholder communication.
• Continuous Improvement in Reporting Processes. Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, streamline reporting workflows, and implement automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with Business Stakeholders to Gather Requirements. Collaborate with teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, and others to understand operational and strategic reporting needs. Translate business objectives into actionable dashboards and data models that deliver meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure Data Integrity, Accuracy and Timeliness. Perform rigorous validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of all reports and dashboards in collaboration with D&IT function.
• Support End Users and Team Members. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to promote Power BI adoption and develop data literacy across the organization.

Requirements:

You'll ideally have:

• University Degree
• Extensive experience in reporting and dashboards, delivering meaningful business insights
• Strong technical skills in Power BI development, data modeling and DAX, SQL, relational databases, and data integration
• Experience in data visualization, UX design, and process automation
• Strong project management, business process and KPI understanding, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
