Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and monitor KPI inputs to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Raise, track, and follow up on data quality issues until resolution.
- Support KPI standardization initiatives across dashboards and reporting processes.
- Validate dashboard accuracy, consistency, and readiness for governance reviews.
- Support dashboard enhancements, maintenance, and data corrections as needed.
- Prepare insights and reporting materials for governance and stakeholder review calls.
- Translate dashboard outputs into clear, meaningful, and actionable governance insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting quality and analytics processes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Reporting, Dashboard Management, or related roles
- Experience working with management dashboards such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar enterprise reporting tools.
- Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and data validation experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Shift Schedule: Midshift
- Work Set up: Hybrid 2x a week onsite
- No. of hours per week: 45 hours
