Your Role:
You will play a hands-on role accountable for maintaining process control and data integrity of the fixed asset register within the MC (CMMS) maintenance system. You will support a multi-site maintenance operation by coordinating asset audits, reconciling discrepancies, and delivering accurate reporting to drive best practice, cost efficiency, and timely maintenance execution.
You will:
- Maintain and manage the fixed asset register within the MC (CMMS) maintenance system
- Coordinate and support asset audits across retail sites, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
- Support a team of 12 proactive and reactive maintenance team members through accurate reporting and system management
- Drive process improvements by providing reliable data, measurement, and reporting across maintenance and fuel operations
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed at required intervals, implementing calendar-based or usage-based scheduling
- Maintain and process work orders in line with team KPIs and maintenance frameworks
- Manage day-to-day preventative maintenance schedules in collaboration with Maintenance Category Managers
- Maintain records of planned maintenance activities and completed work orders
- Provide budget planning, analysis, and reporting to support cost control and decision-making
- Track and report key performance metrics to identify efficiency gains and cost savings
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity
- Leverage existing systems and tools such as MC (CMMS) and Safety Culture to enhance resource utilisation
- Provide regular asset management reports including asset additions, transfers, removals, and disposals in coordination with the Fixed Asset Register Finance Team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Experience in a high-volume, multi-site general maintenance environment
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Experience using MC and/or other CMMS or asset management systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred skills/expertise
- Experience working closely with maintenance, property, or construction teams
- Exposure to fixed asset registers and coordination with finance teams for disposals and write-offs
- Ability to identify risks and implement appropriate controls
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different disciplines
