Your Role:
You will play a hands-on role accountable for maintaining process control and data integrity of the fixed asset register within the MC (CMMS) maintenance system. You will support a multi-site maintenance operation by coordinating asset audits, reconciling discrepancies, and delivering accurate reporting to drive best practice, cost efficiency, and timely maintenance execution.

You will:
  • Maintain and manage the fixed asset register within the MC (CMMS) maintenance system
  • Coordinate and support asset audits across retail sites, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
  • Support a team of 12 proactive and reactive maintenance team members through accurate reporting and system management
  • Drive process improvements by providing reliable data, measurement, and reporting across maintenance and fuel operations
  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed at required intervals, implementing calendar-based or usage-based scheduling
  • Maintain and process work orders in line with team KPIs and maintenance frameworks
  • Manage day-to-day preventative maintenance schedules in collaboration with Maintenance Category Managers
  • Maintain records of planned maintenance activities and completed work orders
  • Provide budget planning, analysis, and reporting to support cost control and decision-making
  • Track and report key performance metrics to identify efficiency gains and cost savings
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity
  • Leverage existing systems and tools such as MC (CMMS) and Safety Culture to enhance resource utilisation
  • Provide regular asset management reports including asset additions, transfers, removals, and disposals in coordination with the Fixed Asset Register Finance Team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Experience in a high-volume, multi-site general maintenance environment
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Experience using MC and/or other CMMS or asset management systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Experience working closely with maintenance, property, or construction teams
  • Exposure to fixed asset registers and coordination with finance teams for disposals and write-offs
  • Ability to identify risks and implement appropriate controls
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different disciplines
