Reporting Analyst Financial Services
As Reporting Analyst, you will join a high performing and best-in-class Hudson Talent Solutions team, where your main responsibility will be to understand and analyze the recruitment processes to enable proficient information management. Reporting support will be primarily with distributing and maintenance of existing reports including dashboards and analysis which will enhance the way decision making takes place in Talent Acquisition teams and client Human Resources functions. End-user training and working closely with other members of the reporting team will be an important part of this role.
What you'll do:- Support the migration of Hudson Talent reporting suite to the client's Recruitment/HR system.
- Scope and produce ad-hoc reports as required, while also designing and producing standard reports using Avature or BI tools to support operational needs.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support reporting deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
- Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and operational reporting, including assisting with Microsoft Power Platform configurations under guidance.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within Avature and reporting systems, and follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting HR data records.
- Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as required.
- Operate as a fully dedicated resource for an enterprise RPO account, ensuring reporting and analytics activities align with client priorities and service level agreements.
- Assist with the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
You'll be someone who can bring:- At least 3 - 5 years Reporting experience.
- Good operational experience and knowledge with Talent Acquisition processes and systems, specifically recruiting ATS's such as Workday, Avature, PageUp.
- Strong relationship and communication skills across multiple countries and cultures including a diverse client base.
- Technical experience in Excel and Access including power pivot, VBA, Microsoft SQL, or other proven skills related to report creation and production.
- Other technical experience in commercial reporting systems such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, OBIEE, Business Objects is a plus
