TheManager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automationwill report to the Director, Risk Intelligence and Analytics inGlobal Risk Intelligence and Technology(GRIT)function,supportingInformationRiskManagement (IRM)function mission and vision. Therolewill be responsible for delivering various functional capabilities including but not limited to analytics, Large Language Models, reporting, modeling, automation, and other related operational risk management activities, as well as supporting the development and execution of the relevant roadmaps and plans for the function.

The incumbent's role will be todeliver ongoinganalysis, modeling, reporting, and automating required processes.This includes preparationdata, large language model used cases, working with automation COE and Analytics group,ongoingautomation ofreportsandotherad-hoc requestsfordelivery tothe Company's Chief Risk Officer, executive and Board risk committeesrequired analytics and reporting.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annualIRMrelated reporting for the Company's Chief Risk Officer, executive, and Board risk committees.
Automationofmonthly,quarterly,and annualIRMrelated reportingwithin the intelligencefunction.
Lead the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor, optimize, and provide training on automated systems, while identifying opportunities for further automation and process improvements.
Supporting the delivery ofautomated solutions, AI agentsand other related analytics projects withinIRM.
ProvidesupporttoRisk and TechnologyTooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping etc.(e.g.,data analysis, data clean-up, validation, creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards)
Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies withinreportingframework and processes.
Assist in testing,cleaning,and preparing data for reportingreadiness.
Assist in the generation of reports and ensuring accuracy in the metrics beingreported.
Assist withdocumentingprocesses,procedures, project work and ad hoc request as required.
Required Qualifications
Knowledgeable in financial services, insurance, andtechnologyrisk management.
Proficient in Power BI and Power Platform(particularly PowerApps, PowerAutomate)for creating interactive dashboards, automating workflows, and developing custom applications.
Skilledindashboard design with afocusonUI/UX.
Experience inbig data analysis, including the use ofAzure and Databricks to process and interpret largedatasets.
Expertise in statistical software (e.g., Python, R) and risk management tools, along with experience in automating data processes and implementing digital solutions.
Knowledgeable in database schemas, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Strong reporting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines, ensuring precise and accurate financial risk analysis.
Highly organized individual with strong time management and organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.
Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable with adjusting to ad-hoc changes in workflow.
