Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HSEQ reporting cycles and performance tracking
  • Administer reporting processes, including leader targets
  • Conduct data quality checks, validation, and variance analysis
  • Maintain databases and ensure integrity of data flows
  • Update Power BI reports and validate data models
  • Prepare and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain reporting documentation and process manuals
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Perform additional administrative and reporting tasks as required
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years experience in a reporting, analytics, or administrative role
  • Knowledge of HSEQ principles (preferred)
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, Enablon, or database systems (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
