Role Description:
This is a full on-site role for a Reports Analyst who will be assigned in various offices in McKinley Hill or Eastwood City. The Reports Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining and improving the data for reporting purposes to ensure accurate and complete capture of data within the specified time frame. Serves as the contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret reports and processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement and effectively communicate those findings to key stakeholders.
- Monitor, report and analyze data
- Real-time monitoring of specialists to maximize efficiency.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent job experience.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience with collections practices would be an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions.
- Amenable to work in either Mckinley Hill, Taguig or Eastwood City, Quezon City.
